🏆 Alabama State Games 12U Open Division Co- Champions

What an incredible weekend for Lady Stix 2032!

Playing as an 11U team in the highly competitive 12U Open Division at the USSSA Alabama State Games “Going for Gold” Tournament, these girls proved they can compete with anyone.

After starting pool play 0-2 against outstanding competition, the Lady Stix responded with heart, determination, and grit. The girls found their rhythm in bracket play and went a perfect 4-0, battling their way all the way to the Championship Game.

After a hard-fought championship matchup, tournament circumstances prevented the completion of the winner-take-all “if” game, resulting in Lady Stix 2032 being named USSSA Alabama State Games Co-Champions in the 12U Open Division.

To say we’re proud would be an understatement. These young ladies never quit, trusted the process, played for each other, and showed tremendous growth throughout the weekend.

The girls overcame adversity all weekend long, and finishing as Alabama State Games Co-Champions is a tremendous accomplishment and a testament to the hard work, dedication, and resilience they demonstrate every day.

Thank you to our coaches, families, supporters, and everyone who continues to believe in this group.

The future is bright for this group. Keep working, keep believing, and keep competing.

What a weekend for the Lady Stix 2032 at the PGF Super Select Southern Championship!

This group continues to seek out and play some of the best competition you can find, and this weekend was no different. Through 7 tough games against high-level teams, these girls showed heart, toughness, and resilience every step of the way. We went into ITB (International Tie Breaker) in 3 different games and never backed down, continuing to battle pitch after pitch and inning after inning.

Making it to Championship Sunday says a lot about the growth, character, and determination of this team. Every player stepped up in big moments throughout the weekend, and it’s exciting to watch this group continue to grow together.

We battled hard all the way until the very end, falling just short in extra innings. While the outcome didn’t go our way, the fight and compete level this team showed all weekend is something to be proud of.

Proud of this group and the way they continue to compete for each other every single game. The future is bright for the Lady Stix 2032!
