⭐️Client Spotlight: Meet Saundra Seger⭐️
“Twenty years ago when the doctor told me diet and exercise were less expensive than diabetic medications, I started exercising on a regular basis. My primary focus was on cardio. I tried it all: Walking (good for the dog), step aerobics, spinning, elliptical, biking, and Zumba. Eventually, I became bored with all of these. I also did minimal strength training...maxing out at 2 or 3 sets of 12 with 12 lbs weights.
Fast forward 15 years, I couldn’t outrun Type 2 diabetes. I was prescribed the expensive medications I was warned about. I can attest that they do deplete your muscles. I started light resistance training again on my own.
My husband convinced me to go for the introductory offer at Max Strength Fitness. I really didn’t want to, but I did. I came home and said, “we’re signing up!”. I enjoy coming to Max Strength Fitness. It’s great having the personalized attention and being coached and challenged through the resistance training. I can see and feel the results of putting the work in for 20 minutes twice a week. As a bonus, the strength training has also reduced my joint pain.”
