April Schedule

Today the roof is being replaced. We have signs all throughout the gym. Been sending reminders on the app. My guy is already struggling with members blocking in his trailer and equipment out back. Day & Knight Fitness members, please use your common sense today. Be considerate of the cones and caution tape. You're coming to work out. Walk the extra length and park further away or park up front please. This is a big job and they need space for a couple days. No back door access currently.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day & Knight Fitness will be undergoing a roof replacement project commencing on March 26th. This development will impact our members in the following ways: the back door will be inaccessible during the construction process. Consequently, the back parking spots, alley, and a portion of the parking lot will be cordoned off. A significant amount of equipment is required for the installation of a flat rubber roof, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you normally park in the back lot, please utilize the walkway to access the front entrance. Please note that exiting through the back door will not be possible during this time. However, members will still have access to the sauna, and all internal facilities will remain unaffected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation. We are excited to have this project completed and are looking forward to the benefits it will bring. The project is expected to take 3-5 days to complete, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you for your continued support.
