Come Rumble in the Jungle-Saturday Story Time Yoga!

Our feature story next Saturday is Rumble in the Jungle. This delightful picture book is a collection of rhyming poems with engaging illustrations. We will introduce the little yogis to the animals who live in the jungle both through the story and with yoga poses. We have a fun "Brain & Body Boost"....

Behind every young yogi is a parent that wants to raise a healthy child and helps them rise early to make it to a 7:30 am yoga class before the school bell rings. After our “Happy Body, Happy Mind, Happy ME!” children’s yoga class this morning, I can bet these children had a fantastic day of learning. There are two more opportunities for your child to join us for yoga at Silver Spruce Elementary in HR-tomorrow morning at 7:30 am and tomorrow afternoon after school at 3:40 pm. Story Time Yoga this Friday with Chicka Chicka BOOM BOOM — Let’s Get Moving with Alphabet Fun!

Our Story Time Yoga this Friday is going to be full of alpabet fun as we read, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, an action packed story where lowercase letters race up a coconut tree with a memorable repeating rhyme. All of our yoga poses will correspond to some letters! Each child will also get a yummy lett...
