Meet Caroline, your new 6 AM Friday morning Hot Core Flow instructor! Join her for a dynamic, energizing start to your day with a strong emphasis on abdominal strength. Recently completing her YTT at Real Hot Yoga Montvale this Spring, Caroline’s classes are challenging yet accessible for all levels. When she’s not teaching, she’s indulging her love for the ocean 🌊, sewing and needlepointing 🪡, or cooking up delicious meals for friends. Can’t make her Friday class?
