1. Strength train 2–3x per week
2. Walk 8–10k steps daily
3. Drink 80–100 oz of water
4. Eat protein at every meal
5. Stop snacking at night
6. Stay consistent (even on vacation)
7. Sleep 6–8 hours per night
8. Limit alcohol & mindless snacking
9. Get outside every day
