⛷️🏂 Montville Township Ski Club is back for winter 2027!

Montville residents in grades 6–12 can join us for four Friday night trips to Shawnee Mountain: January 8, 22, 29, and February 5. Planned makeup dates, if needed, are February 12 and/or 26.

The cost is $165 per person for BUS TRANSPORTATION ONLY.

Lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and meal vouchers are purchased separately through Shawnee Mountain. Registered participants will receive a purchase link from the Recreation Department in October.

🚌 Depart from Montville Community Park:
• Grades 9–12: 2:45 p.m.
• Grades 6–8: 3:30 p.m.
• Approximate return for all grades: 10:15 p.m.

🙋 Volunteer chaperones are essential to this program! If you’re interested, please indicate that during registration. Chaperones may ski, snowboard, or stay in the lodge. A background check is required.

A little teamwork makes a cleaner Montville! 🌎🍂 Join our Annual Fall Town Cleanup on Saturday, October 24.
Individuals, groups, and organizations are welcome!

📲 Registration is now ONLINE through CommunityPass! Register yourself or your group by Thursday, October 8.

📍 Stop by Town Hall, 195 Changebridge Road, between 10–11 AM for light refreshments and supplies if needed, then head to your assigned cleanup location. Pre-registration required!!

Even though the session has already begun, new participants are welcome to register and jump right in, with nine sessions still remaining! This program combines traditional martial arts training with valuable life skills, including safety awareness, self-discipline, self-esteem and confidence.

🏀 BASKETBALL REGISTRATION IS OPEN! 🏀
Montville Recreation 2026–2027 Rec Basketball League

🎉 NEW THIS SEASON! We’ve expanded the league to include 2nd graders AND travel basketball players!

The league is open to boys & girls in grades 2–8. Whether your child is new to basketball, plays recreationally, or participates on a travel team, we’d love to have them join us for the season!

💰 $110 per participant
📌 Register by October 11 to avoid the $20 late fee.
🗓 Registration closed October 19th.

🏀 VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED! 🏀- Each team requires at least 2 volunteer coaches

Our programs for little movers are back this fall at Just Dance Academy! Whether your child loves gymnastics, high-energy jazz and hip-hop, or learning the fundamentals of tap and ballet, there’s a class for them:

💗 Precious Peanuts: Ages 3–5
💙 Tumbles for Toddlers: Ages 3–5
💜 Fantastic Gymnastics: Grades K–2
