Our dude! Congrats Coach Dustin Tupper!!

🏆Coach Dustin Tupper continues to set the standard for what it means to lead with integrity, pride and Ranger spirit at LPHS.

Recognized with the Dick Katte Sportsmanship Award, Coach Tupper joins a group of leaders who represent the very best of high school athletics. This honor reflects more than wins. It speaks to the way he leads our student-athletes every day, with respect, accountability and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Nick Baker, LPHS Athletic Director, shared what makes this recognition so meaningful:

“Coach Tupper is finishing up his 20th school year as a teacher and coach at Lewis-Palmer High School. He has coached football, wrestling, track & field, and lacrosse throughout his time here. All 20 of those years he has been a football coach and 17 as a wrestling coach. He is one of the few staff members at LPHS who was mentored under the old guard that still cherishes and lives the values of Lewis-Palmer established during the Don Breese era… A time when accountability, responsibility, and building men and women of character were more important than anything else."

Those values are not just history at LPHS; they are lived out every day in our programs, our classrooms and our culture.

“The results of the school are a by-product of those priorities embraced by many over decades of sustained culture. He is the heartbeat of our school,” Baker added, “and has earned the recognition of the sportsmanship award named after Dick Katte, who founded the CHSAA Sportsmanship Committee and lived a life teaching values such as integrity, ethics and teamwork.”

Congratulations, Coach Tupper! Your leadership, legacy and Ranger pride continue to shape LPHS in a powerful way. 🧡🖤

Lewis-Palmer's & Monument's very own Lilly Lundy to represent Team USA at the 2026 U17 World Championships!

This past weekend Women's Nationals were held in Spokane, WA which featured over 2,400 athletes and over 9 different age groups. Both Elliot Beagely and Lilly Lundy competed at the U17 division.

Lilly Lundy won the U17 43kg weight class and earned her spot to represent Team USA at the World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan, July 27th - August 2nd. She'll be one of 10 athletes competing for the United States!

Both girls put in so much work, and it was awesome to be able to sit in their corners on the nation's biggest stage. Proud is an understatement.

It's right back to work to get ready for the WORLD'S biggest stage! Go Rangers!

Spent a lot of time focusing on getting better this year. Tons of ups and downs, but wouldn't trade it for the world. Congratulations to all of our wrestlers on a great year. The boys' team finished with 4 State Qualifiers in Jayce Duffy (120), Asher Newberry (132), Wyatt Hamer (144), & Stuart Denham (165).

The girls had a great year (separate post coming soon) and had 5 State Qualifiers. Lilly Lundy (100), Sarah Brown (105), Lila Brown (115), Elliot Beagley (155), and D'Shae Ferguson (170). Lilly Lundy finished in 3rd, and Sarah Brown finished in 4th at the 2026 CHSAA State Tournament.

I am so proud of all our kids and can't wait to see what the future has in store. Had wrestlers already texting about getting back in the room, so it's back to work soon! Go Rangers!
