The 2026 Taekwondo Rocky Mountain State Games are a wrap!

Over 300 students from 17 different Dojangs traveled from all over the state of Colorado to compete.

Thank you to all of the Parents, students, coaches, referees, Organizing Committee members, staff, and volunteers for your hard work to make this tournament a success!

We are saddened to share the passing of U.S. Taekwondo Center student and leader Master Derick Lopez. He was a member of the 12th Black Belt Class (June, 1998)

There will be a memorial service at Village Seven Presbyterian Church, 4040 Nonchalant Cir. S, Colorado Springs, CO 80917 on Monday, July 27th, 2026 @ 10 am, followed by a 2:00 pm graveside service at the Air Force Academy for anyone who would like to attend.

For admittance onto the Air Force Academy grounds, each participant MUST preregister online at least 24 hours in advance and show a valid ID at the gate.
