8-week speed and agility program

8-week speed and agility program 8 week speed and agility program at the Moody City Park for High School and College aged athletes. It will start May 18th. It will be M-F 11 until noon.

This program is designed to improve running mechanics, linear and latetal speed, foot quickness, and endurance for all sports. It will be $250.00 per person. Message Mitchell Praytor or myself Willie Strickland for more details.
