THIS WEEK ONLY. From Monday June 29th to Friday July 3rd, student athletes are allowed to use the facility for $5 (with parental approval / signed waiver).
Your week doesn’t have to be “dead”. It sure doesn’t have to be more of the same either. While your muscles may be getting stronger, are you taking time to recover and focus on the other part of movement (tendons)? If you have no idea how, we do.

There’s a reason we started the Alpha Shield™️ 🛡️ Program.
With Club, School Teams as well as Strength & Conditioning vying for time with an athlete, it quite frankly already feels like a mess. It’s only day 3 👀
We get to observers to a large extent. We can strongly encourage but not necessarily do too much more than that unless we’re given permission.
The integration model (a communication system where all parties associated with a student athlete or simply athlete, keep in touch with another, is a massive advantage. Each professional knows his/her role for the athlete. It streamlines responsibilities and tasks.)
We’re hoping that one day we can get more cooperation from all parties involved. Until then, we remain inquisitive (we need know what and how much work has been done when someone walks in. It helps determine intensity or lack of in these walls.)
We will strive to protect and enhance the abilities (naturally) of the student athletes that come to us.
It is a bit frustrating to watch history repeat itself though. 😔
