Look at the math of progress. If you improve by just 1% every day for a year, you end up 37 times better by the end of it. Conversely, if you try to make a 50% leap all at once, the failure and burnout rate spikes dramatically. Radical transformations are statistically unstable. Consistency is compounding interest for your life. Stop trying to hit a home run this morning; just focus on making a tiny, repeatable upgrade.
