We had the honor of hosting a private HeartMath Experience on Sunday. We host so many clinics that focus on our horses but what about the humans? This one focused on the people which will immediately affect their relationship with their horses. ❤️❤️

HeartMath is science based and we learned how to become more resilient with easy to follow exercises. We became aware of what pulls our energy towards depletion and how to shift away from that. We explored depleting and renewing emotions, stressors verse stress response and self regulation to name a few.
This was such an an amazing 6 hours with a lovely group of like minded folks. Looking forward to hosting more of these events and opening it to the public ❤️

Super thankful for our covered arena...especially on days like today 💧🌧️
