Lake Norman Muay Thai

Lake Norman Muay Thai Club is an organization is committed to offering quality martial arts training for people of all ages and skill levels.

We also take pride in servicing the local Parkinson’s Community with therapy classes. On a cold March morning in 2016, in a local park, Kru JT Smit set out with a goal of bringing authentic Muay Thai to the Lake Norman. Today, now located on Hwy 150, hundreds have trained at Lake Norman Muay Thai, and have enjoyed the rewards of participating in this wonderful martial art.
