With the last of the kids starting back school this week, Heart&Hustle Fitness afterschool program for teens is back @4:00pm Mon-Thursday!
These are functional fitness workout classes that last from 4:00-5:00pm. Please DM or text Brad if you have any questions
Let’s talk effort level!
When we are kickboxing there is no distance or number we are trying to hit, instead we must hold ourselves accountable.
Clip #1 This is high effort, high output sprint. You will see the most improvements and calorie burn with this effort level
Clip #2 This is mid level mid effort, comparable to a jog. Yes you will see aerobic gains and physical improvements but this is a lower calorie burn than clip 1.
Clip #3 This is low impact, low effort level comparable to walking. Yes you will improve flexibility and some aerobic gains but it’s a much lower calorie burn.
Which are you? You may just be here to move or you may be looking for strong physical improvements and look. Either is ok just understand your effort level determines your gains 💪🏼
