With the lessons learned from being a part of a family of racers, Candice helps develop drivers both on and off the track, along with mentorship from the four-time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion. Together, the two are using their skills honed from a lifetime of racing to help shape the next generation of NASCAR Champions. Team Hornaday Development works with drivers competing in go-karts, Legend cars, late-models and their growth in to the NASCAR ranks. Utilizing their official partners, Team Hornaday Development also provides services and support to develop drivers off the track with physical fitness training, driver equipment testing and build, driver brand marketing, public relations and social media training, branded apparel build, website and digital content and sponsor services to name a few.
