DriveRefine Performance Management Recap from Florence Motor Speedway:

Jace Hale kicked off the race weekend as he brought the No. 15 Hale Racing LMSC to Florence. Unfortunately for Jace, his day ended very early after getting caught in a wreck. Jace said post-race that the accident was just some classic short-track racing where things like missing a shift and stack-ups just happen. He added that the team will focus on fixing the car and head to Tri-County next week, ready to get back after it.

On the following day, the Southern Showdown took place after some rain.

Eli Black started ninth in the 75-lap feature and spent his day slowly making his way to the front of the field. After avoiding a couple of incidents and remaining up front for most of the event, Eli crossed the line second. Strong run from the No. 5.

Colton Hale and his No. 12 machine were on pole for the 75-lap event. Colton spent much of the event in the lead or battling inside the top three before being involved in an incident that sent him to the back. From there, Colton made his way through the field and got all the way up to third. An incredible and persistent drive.

Nathan Williams was back at the track where he claimed his first career win a few weeks prior. Williams started inside the top 10 and battled his way up into the top five, where he spent an extended amount of laps before being involved in an incident that sent him to the back of the field. Williams also showed incredible persistence as he drove all the way up to 11th before the checkered flag waved.

Rhylee Hutchins started back in 17th and kept her teal No. 15 machine clean all race long. Hutchins spent her day battling through the field and making passes on the 4/10-mile track. By the end of the event, Rhylee made her way up to 12th.

Busy weeks ahead for these drivers as well, stay tuned.
