Sylas Ripley back in action on Sunday!

This Sunday, Sylas heads to Riverside Speedway with the Pro All Stars Series!

Coming off an incredible win last weekend, Sylas and the team are fired up and ready to carry that momentum into another big weekend of racing action. The confidence is high, the team is focused, and we’re ready to see what Sunday brings.

Recapping a successful race week for DriveRefine Performance Management

Eli Black started off the race week at the historic Hickory Motor Speedway. After rain stayed in the area causing multiple delays, Eli stayed determined and optimistic to get the race in. After starting in third, he stayed patient, and got to the front when it mattered the most. Eli held off the competition to earn the victory, a special one for him as it was the final night of racing on Hickory’s historic racing surface. Eli has been with the DriveRefine Performance Management program since early 2025, and he continues to show a tremendous work ethic. It’s a pleasure to work alongside Eli.

Sylas Ripley was back in action at Lee USA Speedway the following night. The last couple events haven’t gone his way, as some mechanical issues and tire trouble have taken Sylas out of contention. However, Sylas has shown incredible determination to put the past behind him to focus on the present and the future. After a heat race victory, he knew he had the car that could win. After a long battle up front, Sylas remained patient and pounced at the right moment, earning a well-deserved feature victory. Sylas has been with DriveRefine Performance Management since 2024, and continues to thrive under pressure and shows how he is a great hit. It’s great to work with Sylas as he continues to thrive.

Just want to send another big congratulations to our guys Eli Black and Sylas Ripley on a great weekend, and we look forward to their continued success as a part of our program.

On this Memorial Day, we’d like to take the time to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice and gave everything for our country. Thank you for your service. Thank you for your courage. We are forever grateful.

We want to congratulate our driver, Sylas Ripley, on an amazing win Friday night at Lee USA Speedway.

Sylas continues to show, race after race, that he has what it takes to win. Over the last couple of events, mechanical issues and tire trouble kept him from showing the results he was capable of, but Friday night, he put it all together.

Having Sylas as part of our program has been a great fit, and we continue to thrive together through training, dedication, and management.
