Long before he was building luxury homes and award-winning backyards, Chad was a 12-year-old kid figuring out how to build a deck with his dad. That same curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for creating things has never changed.

More than 30 years later, Chad leads Chad Goodin Signature Homes, Goodin Construction, Lake Norman Signature Pools & Patios, and Pool Professors, helping families create beautiful spaces they'll enjoy for generations.
