Holding the #1 spot on our attendance board with nearly 1,800 classes, you’ll find Amy showing up at 5:45am almost every weekday (except Thursday 😄). Rain or shine, tired or energized — she puts in the work.
Amy understands something important: strength and movement are investments in longevity. They help you keep doing the things you love and experience life fully. Now in retirement, that commitment allows her to take on adventures like a 10-day tour through the Northeast and continue living actively and confidently.
