This week’s goes to Dane E.
Dane was one of the very first athletes at ETS Moorhead and has consistently been one of the hardest workers in the gym. Throughout his entire high school wrestling career, he never stopped showing up, working hard, and pushing himself to get better every single day.
Athletes like Dane help set the standard for what it means to be consistent, disciplined, and committed to the process. His work ethic and attitude have made a lasting impact on our gym and the athletes around him.
Dane will definitely be missed at ETS, but we’re excited to see what’s next for him.
Keep doing you, Dane!

WHY WEDNESDAY 💥
Why individualized training?
At ETS, we believe the best training plan is the one built for the athlete in front of us.
Team training at your high school is incredibly important. That’s where team culture is built, leadership is developed, and athletes learn how to work together toward a common goal. Successful teams need athletes who train together, compete together, and hold each other accountable.
Our goal isn’t to replace team training—it’s to complement it. Every athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, injury histories, movement patterns, and performance goals. That’s why our programs are individualized to give each athlete exactly what they need to continue improving.
We focus on areas that are often difficult to address in a large team setting, including structural integrity, injury mitigation, unilateral strength, multiplanar movement, and specific training tempos such as eccentrics, isometrics, and dynamic work. By addressing the individual needs of each athlete, we help them become stronger, healthier, and more resilient so they can perform at their best when it’s time to compete with their team.
The better the individual athlete becomes, the stronger the team becomes.

This weeks goes out to Bryn W.
Bryn exemplifies what it means to be dedicated. After one conversation with her you’ll know she is ambitious and wholly focused on getting better. From going out of her way to ask coaches to watch her sets, to paying utmost attention to the little details, Bryn will go far and we’ll be cheering her on all along the way.
Keep it up Bryn!

This week’s goes to Bethany M.
Bethany has been one of our most consistent athletes for a long time, and that consistency has paid off in a big way as she recently committed to swim Division 1!
No matter how busy her schedule gets, Bethany continues to find time to get her workouts in and pushes herself to improve every time she’s in the gym. She also brings a positive attitude and work ethic that makes everyone around her better.
Athletes like Bethany help create the atmosphere and culture we want in our gym every day. We are excited to see all of the success that is ahead of her.
Keep it up, Bethany!

This week’s goes to Sam S. 👏
Sam has been one of our most consistent athletes this spring while balancing a busy track season. He shows up every week, puts his head down, and works hard every single session. Sam hasn’t missed or canceled a workout all spring and always finds a way to get his training in no matter how busy things get.
That type of consistency and dedication is what leads to long term success, not only in sports but in life as well. Keep it up Sam, we’re proud of the work you’ve been putting in! 💪🔥
