RUTH GUY SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 🎓🐉❤️
Ruth graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences, with a minor in Special Education.
Ruth will be continuing at MSUM in the Speech Language Pathology Graduate Program to earn her masters degree.
“One thing I’ve learned throughout my years on the team is to always have fun. Being part of a collegiate swim and dive team is both mentally and physically challenging, and when you allow yourself to enjoy the experience and make the most of it, your time on the team becomes so much more rewarding. Laughing with your teammates through a hard lift or tough workout makes it so much better than going through it alone. Enjoying those difficult moments together brings the team closer, lifts everyone up, and makes the experience more fun for everyone!”
Congratulations Ruth!

ISABELLE JOHNSON SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 🎓🐉❤️
Isabelle will be graduating next Fall with a bachelors degree in nursing and exercise science, with a minor in psychology, strength and conditioning, and sports medicine.
Throughout her four years, Isabelle learned “to let things go!! Whether it was smacking flat off 3m in practice or hitting the board at conference. But that I can “throw the dive in the garbage” and take those thoughts and put them into the next dive I had to practice/compete!”
