Part 2 of our month-long celebration of fathers series đ
After sharing Timâs story last week, we wanted to introduce you to another dad in our community: Adam.
Adamâs biggest win at Rise wasnât physical.
It was this: âBeing able to play with my kids without feeling limited during or after.â
After years in a physically demanding career, even running around with his children had started feeling harder than it should.
Thatâs why this matters. Not six-pack abs. Not perfection.
Feeling strong enough to fully show up for your life again.

Last month at Rise, we celebrated moms and shared stories from women who decided it was time to prioritize themselves again.
This month, weâre celebrating dads. đ
Over the next few weeks, weâll be sharing stories from dads and grandpas at Riseâand hopefully reaching more men out there who might be looking for the right fit, support, and community to finally make their health a priority again.
First up: Tim.
Timâs reason for getting healthier had nothing to do with chasing perfection. He wanted to get down on the floor and play with his grandkids.
âI've got five grandkids, all under three, and I want to actually get down on the floor and play with them.â
Like a lot of dads, life got busy. Work, family, responsibilities. And over time, he realized he just didnât feel the way he wanted to anymore.
Now, after 100 workouts at Rise, he says:
âThis is the first time that a workout has stuck.â

âI had difficulty getting to my grandkidsâ sporting eventsâŚâ
This month, weâre celebrating moms and grandmas at every stage.
Michele is a Rise mom (and grandma!) who chose to take her health into her own hands. Now sheâs walking on her own again.
âItâs wonderful to enjoy the everyday thingsâŚâ
đ You donât have to do this alone. Book a free consult, and weâll personalize a plan for you that fits your lifestyle as a parent!

Two more 1ď¸âŁ0ď¸âŁ0ď¸âŁ0ď¸âŁ workout milestones to celebrate! Way to go, Steve and Jennifer!
To know Steve is to love him. His wit, kind heart, and incredibly hard working attitude are just the beginning of a long list of things we love about Steve. Despite being 68, Steve is easily one of the most fit members at Rise. He's the perfect example that age does not have to define your ability!
Jennifer is one of our long-time Rise members, and we are so grateful for the positivity and joy she brings to the gym, as well as all the support she's shown our team over the years. (Like random surprise baked goods appearing on our desks!) Jennifer, we are so proud of the hard work you've put in over the years and all the progress you've seen! You are awesome!
Congratulations, you two! 1,000 workouts is something to be super proud of. đŞ

As part of our month celebrating moms at Rise, meet Michele.
âI kept prioritizing everything and everyone else ahead of myselfâŚâ
Until she decided something had to change.
Michele committed to herselfâ even after breaking her ankle!
Momsâthis is your reminder youâre allowed to choose yourself, too.

Know someone out there who might need to see this? Pass this link along and we'll meet them where they're at in their health journey.

May is for moms đ This month, we're sharing real Rise mom stories in the hopes of reaching other moms who might be looking for their "sign" to put their health and themselves first. Because let's be honest...how often do moms put themselves last? (It's often!)

Here's Lacyâs story:
âAfter becoming a mom, it became much more challenging to prioritize fitnessâŚâ
Sound familiar?
Lacy didnât just want to lose weightâshe wanted to feel strong enough to keep up with her kids. She took that first step and met with our coaches to build a plan that keeps her (and her family!) going. Way to go, Lacy!
đ If Lacy's story resonates with you, go ahead and book a free consult, and weâll personalize a plan for you that fits your lifestyle as a parent.
