Recognizing the natural healing attribute of horses while supporting horses in helping individuals.

There are so many new faces around here, and we just wanted to say thank you for following along ❤️

A few questions we get all the time:

Why did y’all decide to do this?

My husband grew up in a small Midwestern town, I grew up in a small Southern town, and we’ve always loved a slower pace of life. His dream as a kid was to serve in the military and one day be a farmer.
I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I was always looking through the classifieds for dogs, cats, ducks, etc ... and I was notorious for sneaking pets into my parents’ house. 😅 I wanted my kids to grow up around animals too - there’s just a little bit of magic that comes with having animals as part of your childhood. ❤️
We also wanted more privacy, more freedom, and room to build the kind of life we wanted. Truthfully, HOA life just wasn’t for us. We’re probably not the best rule followers, and my husband especially was ready for a little more space and a lot fewer restrictions.

How does one go about finding land?

We’ve always loved projects, whether it’s houses or land. Long before this move, we’d spend weekends driving back roads, looking at properties, dreaming about possibilities, and dragging our poor kids along for the ride (with coffee and snacks of course 😂).

One of the properties we bought wasn’t even for sale. We figured out who owned it, reached out, and started a conversation. Sometimes finding the right place takes a little digging, a little patience, and a willingness to ask.

Feel free to drop more questions below or DM us! 🙂

I always notice trucks with hay & dream that they are bringing the stack to my ranch for free!

Guilty!

Our baby chicks turned 4 weeks old this weekend! We are still trying to figure out what to name them?
