Chloe found yoga in 2021 while living in Boone, North Carolina, after becoming seriously ill from mold exposure. Struggling quite literally to breathe, she first came to the practice looking for a gentle way to reconnect with her body and begin feeling like herself again. What began as a physical practice soon became something much deeper—a way to cultivate presence, grounding, strength, and connection.
Chloe is currently completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Momentum Yoga & Wellness under the guidance of Alan Reynolds and Kristin Martin. Her approach to yoga is rooted in compassion, exploration, and the belief that practice does not need to look a certain way to be meaningful. She hopes to create classes where students feel comfortable meeting themselves where they are, building strength and body awareness, and finding moments of both challenge and stillness.
Outside the studio, Chloe holds a Master’s degree in Biology with a focus in ecology and has spent much of her professional life studying the natural world. Her love of science, nature, movement, and mindfulness all influence the way she approaches yoga—with curiosity, attentiveness, and a deep appreciation for connection.
Chloe is grateful to be beginning her teaching journey within the Momentum community that has supported and inspired her own practice, and she looks forward to sharing yoga with others while continuing to learn alongside her students—both on and off the mat.
