The Training/Class
BLS: This is typically for healthcare providers (doctors, EMT’s, nurses, respiratory, doctors offices, hospital employees). It covers CPR and AED use in depth, including airway management (using bag-valve masks) and team dynamics. It requires a written test with a passing score of 84%.

This event is to share with the community all the awesome health and wellness businesses in the community , as well as highlight all the crafty folks in town! Similar to a TRUNK OR TREAT, however each vendor will be providing a fun activity for your child to engage in! Come and support your local businesses!!

These ladies are crushing it!!!! Most of these ladies have been with my for years and to see their progress is absolutely amazing!! Grip strength is real! As we get older, suddenly we find ourselves unable to open things, hold things, lift things… it’s a real thing… so my advice to you youngens is keep showing up… put in the work today and enjoy the benefits later.
