Okay Fireflies, we just can’t stop thinking about this trip. 💜

Next June, around 40 of us are island-hopping from Šibenik down to Dubrovnik on a private micro cruise ship… basically Firefly’s own private yacht for a week 💅 .

There’s yoga every day if you want it and sleeping in if you don’t. Mostly it’s long swims and lazy afternoons on deck, with people who have the heart of Firefly.

As we are entering the new season, we are so excited for Andrea Pace to bring back her special offering 💜

This Candlelight restorative yoga class will give you the opportunity to reground yourself and face the season ahead.

Class will include deep, slow, prop assisted stretching, focus on breath, and time to learn relaxation methods you can use for the rest of the week. This class is open to all levels including those who have never tried yoga and those currently in a rigorous practice. We will follow this class with a beautiful Yoga Nidra to restore your nervous system even deeper and strengthen your mind body connection.
