Not posted in over a year! We are still making calls as hard as we can. Will work on more social media engagement for 2025. For those going to the Dixie Deer Classic come by booth I31-32. We will have FREE turkey spur measurement key chains while they last. We only have about 400 and I expect them to be gone early.

Start to finish

Custom calls will cost you more than mass production but let me break it down how they are made.

1- Start with 4” wide board
2- Plane the board down
3- Run through thickness planer
4- Cut into 4x4 blocks
5- precision cut on cnc keeping consistent measurements
6- cut corners off
7- turn outside radius on lathe
8- sand call smooth
9- apply 1st coat of finish
10- lightly sand again
11- apply 2nd coat of finish
12- apply 3rd coat of finish
13- glue soundboard
14- glue playing surface
15- condition playing surface

Now a week later the call is done.
