💪Introducing: Legacy Warriors
A strength and mobility program designed for individuals 60+ who are ready to get started, stay consistent, and continue building strength for life.
This is a 6-month program created to help you build a routine and give your body the time it needs to truly see and feel progress.
Legacy Warriors will be led by Coach , who does an incredible job meeting people where they are, listening to their needs, and helping them move forward with confidence and purpose.
Our first class begins 🗓️ May 5th! While that’s our official start date, your 6-month commitment can begin at any time. However, we are limiting this to just 10 spots to ensure each individual gets the attention and coaching they deserve.
Strength doesn’t wait until you feel “ready.” It starts when you decide to begin.

We all experience the “rookie jitters” when something is unfamiliar and new, but what if we said, “that’s the whole point?!”
We understand - you may not know anyone, you aren’t quite sure what to expect, and you’re feeling vulnerable. But, that’s exactly what it’s supposed to feel like when you are choosing change. 🫶
These are all the feelings we experience when in a position of growth, and that’s why we wanted to share others stories of their beginnings who started in the same spot.
And every single one of these members have now been with us for 5+ years. 💪

Our FIT program is for you if:

👉🏻You want to start feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally (because that is the impact movement and community can have).
This is a beginner focused strength program that is coach-led in a small group environment!
Classes are led by Coach and will take place on Monday and Wednesday’s at 5:30pm and will run for 6 weeks!
