Trail Club is technically weather-dependent, but...

Introducing the new BFA Fitness Club ponchos! Now we're a little less intimidated by a few rain clouds than we used to be. 😎

So unless the weather is truly determined to defeat us, we'll plan to hit the rail trail rain or shine. After all:

☔ There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad gear.

And while we're talking Trail Club...

🏅 We've launched the new Trail Club Committed Club to earn bragging rights as being among our most dedicated walkers, runners, or bikers!

Compliment your fitness routine with foam rolling 🤝 Improve muscle flexibility, body mobility, and workout prep & recovery.

Participants will learn about fascia and the equipment used to loosen it, experience the tools, movements, and release through hands-on practice, then reflect on the practice in use in a guided discussion.

*One foam roller per participant 😅

One of our members, Stephanie, hit a major milestone today in class! Stephanie performed a set of trap bar deadlifts above her body weight 💪

Bodyweight deadlifts are a major benchmark in a novice lifters journey. Stephanie joined our gym in January as a member of our inaugural foundation’s cohort. Witnessing her growth over the past six months has been nothing short of inspiring.

Want to reach your big milestones? Our next foundation’s cohort begins Monday, June 8th. In foundations we teach you safe and effective strength training methods to help you maintain independence and reach your goals.

📢 Starting in 2 weeks: Our (and Morgantown’s) first rebound exercise workout classes: Low impact jumping on the small trampolines

🆕 30 minute class on the rebounders paired with core exercises on the mats. Please arrive to class warmed up with ~10 minutes of physical activity prior to class!
