Today’s fabulous member is Taylor Brousseau, from Vermont🌲🥾! Taylor’s major is Wildife and Fisheries Resources Management 🐟🐻! Taylor has been hard at work doing research 🔬🥼 the past two years, and is going to be presenting her work at two different Symposiums! We love Taylor!

Today’s spotlight is on Ashlyn Kieschnick, from Aldie, Virginia! Ashlyn is a junior studying interior architecture⛲️, with minors in sustainable construction 🦺🏗️, and landscape architecture🏔️! Ashlyn stepped down this season from our treasurer position to rise as the president of the mma club🥊! We can’t wait to see Ashlyn kick butt this skison!

Last of our officers, but certainly not least, we have our very own Madam President, Megan Grudell! Megan has been shredding it on the water 🚤 and snow 🎿since childhood! Megan is a finance major 💰with minors in leadership 💪 and data analytics 📈 . Fun fact, Megan recently became a mother 🤰 to her son, Pip, an adorable hamster 🐹. We can’t thank Megan enough for everything that she does for this team 🤗.

Next up, we have Alex Lourens, the Vice President! Alex is a sophomore from Pittsburgh, PA, studying mechanical engineering ⚙️🔩 with a minor in business 📈. We know and love Alex as being last skison’s step-in secretary📊, but what you might not know is that he has his black belt in Tae Kwon Do 🥋‼️. We can’t wait to see Alex kill it on the water this year!

Next up, meet Cole Anderson, our Treasurer! Cole is a freshman from Virginia Beach majoring in Accounting 📊🤑 so yes, he is our expert counter. Before finding his way to the water, Cole played football his whole life 🏈, picked up lacrosse in high school 🥍, and is now a golfer ⛳️ and of course water skier post–high school🌊🚤. From the field to the fairway to the lake, Cole does it all—and we’re excited to be have him keeping our numbers straight this season‼️

Next up, meet Katie Thompson, our Secretary! Katie is a freshman from Virginia Beach majoring in Biology (Pre-Med) 🧬💉. The Thompson family has been water skiing since the 60s, so she was basically born into a slalom ski 🌊🏄‍♀️. When she’s not submitting insane amounts of club sports forms, she’s training for her second half marathon 🏃‍♀️💨. We’re so lucky to have Katie and can’t wait to see her grow in this position and as a skier❗️

Our next officer introduction is Grace Armstrong, our Membership & Outreach Director! Grace joined the team this past fall and is a sophomore majoring in Child Development & Family Studies 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒📚. She’s been having fun at the lake since her diaper era which she has since graduated from🎓🚼. Her fun fact is she recently has bobsledded the worlds fastest track ❄️🛷💨. Everyone watch out because Grace is goin global‼️🌎

But this one is same guy, same position. Kibby got so much bread for the team this year we had to keep him around. He has the same majors, minors, and jersey attitude as last year. Our cookie monsters fun fact is at tournaments his title evolves to executive chef 👨🏾‍🍳. We can’t wait to let him cook in 2026!🤑
