Check out this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzNisJvU3U4. Notice:
- Paddler's box; No bent elbows
- Torso rotation; you can see her numbers appear then disappear
- CPR; catch, propulsion, recovery - no splash on entry; "quiet" paddle; plant the paddle, move the body.
- Use of Legs; same side leg extension as side stroke.

Hickory Creek will probably still be in play tomorrow. Anyone want to do a long Hick, upper and lower? I haven't paddled either in years and want to check them out.
