Happy Memorial Day! 🇺🇸
Each year on this day, we tackle MURPH at 13 Stars, a workout created by Lt. Michael Murphy, who originally named it BODY ARMOR. Murph was killed in action during Operation Red Wings in 2005 as part of a 4-person Navy SEAL recon team in Afghanistan.
This day is always a great opportunity for us to come together as a community, to challenge ourselves, push ourselves outside of our comfort zone, to see friends we don't always get to see ... and to honor one of America's bravest.

🏋️♂️ For our members, 13 Stars is that place. It’s where you can leave the stress of the day at the door, challenge yourself, and catch up with friends who are on the same mission as you: aging with strength and confidence.

It’s time to retire the "lifting makes you bulky" myth and embrace the "lifting makes you unstoppable" reality. For women, strength training isn’t just about aesthetics... it’s about building a body that lasts.
