We haven’t posted in a LOOOOONG time but what better reason to post that to shout out our Competition Team. The Cary CrossFit Competition Team traveled to Goldsboro on October 26th to compete in the Battle of the Boro, a one-day event, hosted by CrossFit Goldsboro. The competition featured various workouts for teams of three, aimed at testing strength, endurance, and overall fitness. The Cary CrossFit Competition Team sent three teams, each of which medaled in the competition.
