Q: How has Rev impacted your routine or mindset?
A: I used to dread working out and Rev made me believe that working out can be fun! It’s the ultimate therapy session where you can blast the music, tune out the noise and just crush a sprint. My mood is always better when I start my day with Rev.

Q: What’s your go-to song right now?
A: That’s The Way It Is - Celine Dion (the Queen 👑) - such a good song to blast in the car after spin!

Q: What does being part of the Rev community mean to you?
A: Every time I step into the studio it’s like a reset. Rev has shown me how to believe in myself and my capabilities and it’s just such an empowering place to be part of.
