We will be camping the Weekend of July 4th.

⚠️ NOTICE – POWERLINE ROAD / “NORTH TRAIL” CLOSURE ⚠️

Effective immediately, PowerLine Road (also known as North Trail or the White Gate route) leading into the Yellow Zone / “Mud Flats” is CLOSED to ALL ORVs year-round per the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife (WDFW).

This closure includes:
• ATVs
• UTVs / Side-by-sides
• Dirt bikes
• Street-legal UTVs

According to WDFW, ORV use is restricted on all WDFW-managed roads statewide unless specifically authorized. This closure is intended to bring the area into compliance with current WDFW policy after many years of ORV traffic on this route.

WDFW has stated they hope to improve the road and potentially add designated dry camping areas in the future if state funding becomes available.
