Join us for an evening dedicated to YOU!!
We will be working with the
7 central chakras through gentle movement, guided meditation, breath work and practices adapted from The Energy Codes by Dr. Sue Morter.
And finishing the session with the soothing and healing sounds of Tibetan Sound Bowls, an optional forehead massage with doTerra essential oils,
and a sage clearing!!
Because Felicia reads the energy in the room she leads organically.
Therefore, every Awaken Serenity session is different.
