Most women come in wanting to look better.

But the transformation I care about is bigger than that.

Stronger. Faster. More capable. More energetic. More confident in your body.

Vibrant again. Not just getting through. A person who sets goals and follows through. A you that has energy not just for the gym but for your whole life.

Lets break the cycle of breaking promises to yourself. Lets stop being tired of being tired.

My 16-week private coaching program is built around creating that kind of change — with 1-on-1 training, personalized nutrition and real accountability.

If you want the details, send me “16.”
Enrollment closes Sunday.

Nobody notices when you quit.

Not because nobody cares.

Because life keeps moving.

The kids still need you.
Work still needs you.
Dinner still needs to get made.

And it’s really easy for one missed workout to become a week… then a month… then suddenly you’re saying, “I need to get back into it.”

That’s one of the biggest reasons I built this 16-week program around more than just workouts.

You’ll have a plan.
You’ll have structure.
And you’ll have someone actually paying attention to whether you’re showing up.

Because sometimes what you need isn’t more motivation.

You need accountability long enough for consistency to become normal.

Enrollment closes Sunday.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign to stop putting yourself at the bottom of the list.

The people who stay in shape aren’t more motivated than you.

They’ve stopped making exercise a decision they have to renegotiate every day.

It becomes part of life. Like brushing your teeth.

Because when working out is always a choice, there will always be a reason to skip it.

You’re tired.
Work ran late.
The kids need something.
You’ll start again Monday.

And one missed workout quietly turns into three weeks.

That’s a huge part of why I built my 16-week transformation program differently.

You’re not just getting workouts.

You’re getting 1-on-1 private training, personalized recipes and structured accountability designed to help you actually build the consistency that changes your body—and eventually stops feeling so hard.

Enrollment ends September 20 or when the remaining spots are filled.

If you’re tired of starting over, this is for you.

Taking care of my body actually makes me think about my body LESS.

I know that sounds backwards.

But when I’m taking care of myself, I’m not trying on 10 different outfits because I hate the way everything looks.

I’m not tugging on my shirt and my pants constantly to try to conceal my stomach.

I’m not constantly noticing an ache, a tight hip, a sore back, or something that doesn’t feel good.

I’m not spending all day thinking, “I really need to get back on track.”

I train. I eat pretty well. I take care of my body.

And then I get to go live in it.

To me, that’s one of the most underrated benefits of being strong and taking care of yourself.

It isn’t about becoming more obsessed with your body.

It’s about building a body you trust enough that you don’t have to think about it all the time.

Same Antoinette. Very different energy.

Yes, she got leaner.

But that’s honestly not what stands out to me most.

She looks brighter. Stronger. More confident. More alive.

And I think that’s what a lot of women are really looking for when they say they want to “get back in shape.”

Not necessarily to become a completely different person.

Just to feel like themselves again.

To have more energy.
To feel strong.
To feel good in their clothes.
To look in the mirror and see some life in their face again.

To get their glow back.

That’s what I love about training. The changes can go way beyond the scale.

And with New Year’s only about 16 weeks away, you don’t have to wait until January to start working toward that version of yourself.

You could arrive there already feeling different.

My 16-week program is open now. Details are on the website.

You probably know strength training can change your body.

But did you know it may actually change your SKIN?

A study looked at sedentary women ages 41–59 who trained just 2x/week for 16 weeks.

The women who resistance trained didn't just get stronger.

Researchers found improvements in skin elasticity and structure — and the resistance-training group also had a significant increase in dermal thickness, something that normally decreases as we age.

Think about that.

16 weeks.
2 strength-training sessions a week.

And measurable changes happening beyond what you can see in the mirror.

That's one of the things I love about strength training.

We're not just chasing a smaller number on the scale.

We're building muscle.
We're building strength.
We're supporting our bones.
We're changing what our bodies are capable of.

And apparently, our skin may benefit too.

16 weeks can change a lot.

That's exactly why I chose 16 weeks for my newest training program.

You'll get one-on-one training, personalized recipes and structured accountability designed to help you actually stay consistent long enough to see what your body can do.

Enrollment is open now, with limited spots available.

Four months.

Yes, Leslie has lost weight.

Yes, her waist is smaller.
Her body is tighter.
She looks different.

But honestly, those aren't even my favorite results.

Four months ago, one of Leslie's goals was to be able to sprint again.

Now she can.

She can deadlift 135 lbs for 6 reps.

She can goblet squat a 60 lb dumbbell for 6 reps.

She's stronger.
She's more capable.
She can do things with her body that she couldn't do before.

And THAT is what I want more women to experience.

Because these days, there are a lot of ways to make the number on the scale go down.

But training can give you something a scale never will.

The feeling of being powerful in your own body.

Of picking up something heavy and realizing, I can do this.

Of running fast.

Moving well.

Having energy.

Feeling athletic again.

Looking in the mirror and seeing the changes — while also knowing that the body you're looking at can actually DO more.

It's powerful to feel powerful.

That's the idea behind my new 16-Week Transformation Program.

Not just weight loss.

Not just workouts.

Sixteen weeks focused on becoming stronger, leaner, more consistent and more capable — with private training, accountability and personalized nutrition support built around YOU.

Enrollment is open now and will close September 18 — or sooner if all available spots are filled.

If you've been waiting for the right time to get serious about feeling strong and good in your body again, this is it.

Message me 16 WEEKS and I'll send you the details.

Keep kicking butt Leslie! ❤️❤️

What if we’ve been doing way more in the gym than we actually need to?

I’ve trained for most of my life and coached others for over 20 years, but I’m always willing to question what I think I know.

After seeing so much about Mike Mentzer’s high-intensity training, I started experimenting with some of his ideas — less volume, more intensity and more recovery.

And I’ve gotten some awesome results.

So I decided to stop learning about his system through clips and posts and actually read the book.

I just finished High Intensity Training, and now I’m going to follow the complete program and document what happens.

The workouts. The recovery. The strength gains. The results. What I agree with. What I don’t.

Can doing LESS actually produce BETTER results?

Let’s find out.

Follow along — I’ll post the whole experiment. 💪

Have you ever tried Mentzer-style HIT? Tell me what happened. 👇

I could tell you about our training programs.

I could tell you about strength training, personalized workouts, nutrition, accountability and all the things we offer.

But none of that is really why I love what I do.

I love helping people. Exercise transformed my life. And I want everyone to experience that.

I want the woman who hasn't felt strong in years to realize how capable she still is.

I want the mom who has spent years taking care of everyone else to start feeling good in her own body again.

I want women getting older to feel excited about what their bodies can still do — not afraid of what's coming.

I want my clients to have more energy, more confidence, stronger bodies and better health for the life happening outside these walls.

Yes, I want you to get stronger.

Yes, I want you to love the way you look.

But mostly?

I want your life to be better because you decided to start taking care of yourself.

That's why I do this.

You can find a dumbbell RDL on a thousand workout plans.

But two women can do the exact same exercise and experience it completely differently.

One feels her hamstrings and glutes immediately.

The other feels her low back and wonders why everyone keeps telling her RDLs are such a great glute exercise.

That’s where cueing, positioning and individual coaching matter.

Sometimes it’s a small change in stance.
A better hinge.
Where you’re pushing through your feet.
How far you lower the dumbbells.

Sometimes it’s one cue that finally makes someone say:

“Ohhhh. NOW I feel it.”

That’s a huge part of what I do during training.

Aubrey 🪼💖🃏🎧 wants to grow her glutes so I am constantly asking her during the workout "do you feel this is your butt?" And if not we make adjustments until we find a way to make the movement work for her body.

Because good training isn’t just a list of exercises.

It’s knowing how to coach the person doing them.
