MJHS Lady Bears Softball

Day 2 was the perfect finish to Lady Bears Softball Camp! 🐻💛🖤

Today, our campers rotated through position-specific skill stations, worked on softball fundamentals, competed in some fun team challenges, and even learned sliding fundamentals with the help of our tarp, water, and a little baby soap!

Of course, no camp day is complete without hot dogs, snow cones, and lots of laughs along the way.

More than anything, we loved watching these girls learn, compete, encourage each other, and have fun playing the game we all love. Thank you to all of our campers and families for making this year’s camp such a success!

The Mt. Juliet Lady Bears are excited to congratulate Jewel Hale on her verbal commitment to continue her academic and athletic career at Bevill State Community College!

As Jewel said, she has dreamed of playing college softball since she was 4 years old, and today that dream is becoming a reality!

We are incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

We may be a little biased, but we think our campers absolutely nailed Media Day!

From big smiles to game faces, these young athletes had a blast stepping in front of the camera and showing off their personalities.

Safe to say there was no shortage of confidence, energy, and smiles today! 🥎📸

Day 1 Lady Bear Camp:

What a great first day of camp! Our campers spent the day working on hitting and fielding fundamentals, enjoying a fun mini media day session, and making memories. We wrapped up the day with grilled hot dogs and plenty of smiles as we look forward to Day 2 tomorrow!

A special thank you to our Lady Bears alumni who came back to help with camp today. We love seeing former players invest in the next generation and continue to be a part of our program.
