Just a reminder all kids classes are 5:15pm this week except Friday which is still 5pm. All after-school kids are welcome to these classes.

Have some CRAPPY news. Do to the backflow preventer springing a leak an filling our holding tank thw bathrooms at the gym are out of order until they can empty it between 2pm and 3pm tomorrow

Hello all V.I.P. Members. We are marking some changes to our class schedule. We are moving some times around to better accommodate people and to get a little separation in between classes. This will give members a little more time to get here and not make getting on and off the mats so difficult.

Starting tomorrow the 5pm kids class will now start at 5:15pm and go to 6:15pm.

Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class will be from 6:30 to 7:30 with a 30 min extra rolling time to 8pm.

The Monday and Wednesday Kickboxing Class will be open kickboxing from 6:30 to 8pm.

We are adding a Noon Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class for adults Monday through Thursday.

The after school class will remain from 4pm to 5pm.

Fitness class changes.

Tuesday and Thursday 5pm will be normal classes with Coach Emily and there will be no 6pm class on Fridays.

Hey Everyone, We are going to give it one more day. Parking lot is still almost all ice. Cars are still sliding and getting stuck and we don't need people slipping and falling trying to get into the building.

Sorry, but we should be open and to our normal schedule tomorrow.

Going to cancel open mat tonight and 7am tomorrow. Everything is still covered in ice. Adam's car got stuck. Don't want anyone to slip and hurt themselves. I will check around noon tomorrow and let everyone know about tomorrow night.
