Still loving swings...although single hand is getting harder cuz my belly gets in the way of my arm, so I've been sticking to mostly 2 hand. Did some upper body strength, then ended with 6x25 swings with the 18 kg

We found a cool new walking path yesterday.... 💛💚😁. It's really because of these two that I discovered my love for walking. They keep me motivated to get outside and move. It opened up my gym and fitness-focused world. It helped me to see that even though it may not give you the six pack abs, it's movement. Much needed movement..... good for your body, your mind, your HEALTH-type movement.
Just because it's not in the gym, "burning all the calories", 😉doesn't mean it's not doing anything or that it can't be awesome for you!!
Wow, so inspiring! I'm only 32, but especially in the last year or two, I've been guilty far too often of thinking that I'm too old to start this or try that. Such a cool story....it's never too late to start my friends.

All the experts say to start your day working on the most important things first..... gotta recalibrate back to center, Every. Day.
Here's a fun combo core exercise: birddog with a row!

This move is great for waking up those muscles that get lazy from sitting all day and making the upper and lower body work together in a cross pattern (i.e. Right arm w/ left leg and left arm w/right leg).

Make sure to keep the glute of the lifted leg tight and the back straight. You do this by engaging your core and not letting your ribs drop toward the ground.

Try out anywhere from 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps each and let me know what you think!
