Breathing is something we do without thinking… until it’s time to dance.

When we’re focused on technique, choreography, and performance, it’s easy to forget the one thing our bodies need most: oxygen. Intentional breathing improves control, endurance, balance, and helps calm nerves for peak performance.

A huge thank you to jadyn chandler for reminding our rockstars that sometimes the biggest improvements come from mastering the fundamentals. 💚✨

✨ Auditions are almost here! ✨

If your dancer is planning to audition for Season 21, here’s what to expect!

📅 Saturday, August 1
🕙 10:00 AM

Here’s how the audition will work:
⭐️ Dancers will be evaluated through a short series of technique exercises, and stretches.
⭐️ Each dancer will perform one combo of their choice from Summer Intensive so our staff can see where they’re most comfortable.
⭐️ Dancers auditioning for a solo will also perform a 30-second freestyle or self-prepared piece.

We can’t wait to see everyone on Saturday! 💚🖤
