Forecast for Saturday Sept 12, mid 70s and sunny! We kick off show one of 4 in the Back To School Buckle Bash at 11am !
Theme is 1980s
Due to popular demand we did swap poles and kegs.
If you have not been to a show this season, please be sure to send your coggins ahead of time or bring it with you to check in!
Beginners and green horses always welcome, this is a fun and casual event as always 😉

The last two Twilight Shows and their make up info… and…our gorgeous buckles from Sheridan Buckle Co!
The small square is made just for the leadliners then one buckle for high- point in every other division.
Buckles and prizes to be handed out after the last show on Nov 1.
You do not have to be present to win, but you do have to make arrangements to pick up if you are not there!

The great part about showing outside in Michigan? The days with perfect weather. The bad part- dealing with Mother Nature and the fallout after a few days of stormy weather.
The area is still pretty soggy and too wet to drag without tearing it up to the base.
So no show Sunday or Monday.
We do have make ups scheduled and have the rest of the season and details since we know there has been a decent amount of date changes.
We apologize for that and appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding!

Unfortunately it is safe to say with the monsoon that is blowing in as we speak, that tonight’s horse show is cancelled.
We will get with the facility’s directors in the AM and check out the footing and post if we are doing the make up Sunday or Monday!

We were hoping the forecast for today’s Twilight Show would be better, but we’re looking at rain and storms pretty much all afternoon into the evening.
As we watch the radar and plan for a likely make up date-
Thoughts on this Sunday or Monday? While it’s a holiday weekend, the weather does look to be good both days. Let us know what you think in the comments!

Our 2026 Twilight Series buckles from Sheridan Buckle Co are almost done, and we can’t wait to see them in person!
The all silver one is for our Leadline winner and one of the black buckles will be going home with a rider in each division.
We will be posting 2-6 place prizes as well as our make up show for the postponed Aug 20 show very very soon!

After speaking to our veterinarian, we have decided with an abundance of caution to postpone our 8/20 show.
We apologize to anyone that this may inconvenience, but keeping everyone safe is at the forefront of our actions.
We will have a make up show date set up ASAP.
