This summer we changed our classes to give our kids the best opportunities to grow and we are so proud of the work they put in. There has been so much improvement the classes are barely recognizable from what they were in the spring. Congratulations to everyone who leveled up this week and special shout out to Iris, our newest gray belt! We have seen the work you have all put in and know you are ready for so much more!

Labor Day week gym schedule! Days not included on this list are normal schedule.

Sunday - no classes kids or fundamentals
Monday - open mat only, starting at 6:00
Friday - No women’s class, adult class at normal time with Ryan and Mike!

We took a big crew out today to go test themselves! We are so proud of all the work they have been putting in leading up to today and even more proud of the effort they had competing. We had a range of newbies and veterans out today that all put on a great performance. Thank you to everyone who helped get them ready and also to all who came out to cheer them on. Just stepping out there takes courage. Going out and doing well is a bonus!

Big shout out to Jay and Fritz coming out to help coach today. We couldn’t do it without your help!

Hey everyone! We have power at the gym! I know with school starting that everyone is trying to get on a schedule but we are still having class tonight for those wanting to tire out the kids before bed! Regular schedule for all classes tonight!

Also if anyone is still without power, feel free to charge thing up at the gym if needed!

Powers out and too many roads closed for downed trees. No classes tonight. Stay safe everyone!

Thank you everyone who came up for our summer grill out! Great food and great people make for an even better night! Next year we will have to bring twice as many water balloons…..

Congratulations to all our competitors this weekend! The gym went out to see what we could do yesterday at NAGA. Brought out new competitors, new belt levels and one old guy (Tim 😂, who beat up on a 16 yr old). The weekend brought home 3 gold and 6 silver. Great job everyone! Next time I’ll put someone else in charge of taking match photos ……..

From the poll it looks like most people do not have a preference for July 2nd or the 9th for the kids vs adults class. To avoid holiday vacations, let’s plan for July 9th!
