4 YEARS AGO, WE STARTED A PROJECT THAT WOULD HELP BENEFIT OUR COMMUNITY AND SHARE HEALTH RELATED INFORMATION. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE RESULTS AND OUTREACH OF OUR COMMUNITY.
WE ARE FOCUSED ON COMPLETING THE PROJECT FOR OUR PLAYGROUND, AND WE ARE SO VERY CLOSE! WE HAVE ALSO STRUCTURED THIS SO THAT WE CAN HELP WITH YOUR HEART HEALTH.
SOME LIKE TO RUN AND SOME WALK, AND THE CHALLENGE OF CROSSING THAT FINISH LINE. NOT ONLY ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR YOU, BUT YOU ARE HELPING MANY YOUNG ADULTS AND FAMILIES OF OUR COMMUNITY. There’s nothing like closing out your workout with a focused ab finisher. After you’ve put in the work, taking a few extra minutes to train your core helps build strength, improve stability, and support every lift, run, and movement you do.
At Snap Fitness, cardio and strength training work best together. Cardio helps improve cardiovascular health and stamina, while strength training supports muscle growth, metabolism, and overall performance. The most effective fitness routines combine both for well-rounded results.
When it comes to cardio, there are multiple machines you can use depending on your goals and preferences:
* Treadmills , ideal for walking, jogging, or interval running
* Stationary bikes, a low-impact option for building endurance and burning calories
* Ellipticals (cross trainers) smooth, joint-friendly movement with a full-body focus
* Rowing machines, a powerful full-body workout that builds both strength and endurance
* Stair machines, great for targeting the lower body while improving stamina
Not every gym day needs a full workout. Sometimes it’s just you, the sauna, and a reset. What do your rest days look like?
