Long fought day battling the heat and the distance at The Runway for the My Boy Chris Running into Fall tournament. Brendan finished at +7 in solo 5th place. Gordy ended at +12 in solo 9th.

Next tournament is Michigan State Championship Doubles in Holt MI

That’s a wrap on the Nati’s Big Three Tournament sponsored by Innova. It was a hard fought three rounds at three great courses (Idlewild, Mt. Airy, and Lincoln Ridge). After all three rounds Brendan ended in a three-way tie for 34th at +26. Gordy, although battling through injury, ended in a four-way tie for 66th at +46. Overall it was a great tournament and we can’t wait for next year!

Day 2 is in the books. For day 2 we played at Mt. Airy, which proved to be a challenging course. Going in to the final round Brendan is in a five-way tie for 26th at +21 and Gordy is in a two-way tie for 65th at +37. For the final round we play at Lincoln Ridge which is a park style course and the shortest course we are playing in the tournament.

With a little trip down to southern Ohio and northern Kentucky, the first day of the Nati Big Three is over. For our first round we started off at idlewild longs. Brendan ended with a +10 placing him in a six-way tie for 21st. Gordy ended at a +21 placing him in a four-way tie for 68th. For day 2 we are taking on Mt. Airy Longs. After 3 long rounds, the 10th annual Kanawha Valley Regional is in the books. Gordy ended at a 3-way tie for 18th with a total of +17. Brendan finished in a tie with one other person for 8th place with a total of +11 for the three rounds.
