Mama Lori is a true inspiration here at Freedom. She is a part of the executive team that makes lots of behind the scene decisions and helps keep the studio looking cute & clean for everyone. She is our Founder, Julia’s, mama. You’ve probably met her over the years or worked out next to her!

How Lori inspires us:
- jumps rope 500 times every single day
- does a cartwheel on her birthday every year
- made up RAK (random acts of kindness) and does it all the time
- hands our Starbucks gift cards to people all December every Christmas to spread good cheer
- tries everything in classes. She says “I’m always going to at least TRY what the instructor offers” even crow pose!
- takes 9:30am or Noon almost every day!
- never says “I’m old” Language matters!
- always sparks conversation with people in checkout lines
- isn’t afraid to ask real & deep life questions. She says “well if they don’t want to tell me they won’t!”
- lives by “JUST DO IT!” When it comes to exercise, cleaning, house chores, adventures

Lori has been married to our CFO, Mark, for 47 years, mom to 4, nonna to 8, and loved by all.
