On September 17, you’ll find Fly Dance Fitness® at the 16th Annual Mount Pleasant Business & Community Expo at the Omar Shrine Center.

We’re opening soon in Belle Hall Shopping Center, and we can’t wait to introduce you to what Fly is all about: loud music, high energy workouts, confidence, connection, and a community where you can show up, move, and have FUN. 🔥

Never danced before? No problem. Love to dance? You’ll feel right at home. And Fly is more than dance. Our fitness experience combines choreography, strength, music, movement, and community.

Are you passionate about fitness, music, and inspiring others? We’re looking for energetic, confident instructors to help us build an incredible community from the ground up.

✨ Throw Down® – our signature dance fitness format that’s taken the world by storm. Must LOVE to dance and know how to lead a crowd.

✨ Sculpt Weights – a choreographed strength workout set to the beat of the music.

✨ So Fly Step™ – a high-energy step format featuring powerful choreography and nonstop fun.

We’re looking for personality, confidence, energy, and people who can light up a room. ✨
