In my next chapter of life I am opening my own boutique fitness studio in Charleston, SC! AHHHH!!!!!

I have decided to merge this account with my personal account (I will be posting all the same stuff over there!) & I will run my studio instagram .chs

We live in a lot of noise, distractions, other peoples opinions, we call everyone to ask for advice and yada yada yada…. But we don’t have to.

Turn off your phone. Escape to a quiet place. Take deep breaths. Listen to your heart. It is in the stillness where we receive divine guidance. Meet God and He will provide you with your clarity.

Wouldn’t it be awesome to blast your favorite song & dance your heart out like no one is watching? No limitations or cares in the world if you look good or not? Bc WHO CARES!? Just feeling total FREEEEEDDDOOOOMMMMM!?

Well Wednesday Feb 15th at 6:30pm we are doing just that!!! Join me in Mount Pleasant SC off of Long Point Road for an hour (FREE no $) dance cardio class followed by healthy yummy snacks + drinks (kombucha!? Coconut water!?) to mingle!

They have the best spiritual mamas & I’m always blown away when I go to women’s ministry retreats just how loving, life giving, and encouraging everyone is. Next level. Cheering y’all on!!!

This year I let everyone in on my New Year’s resolutions…. FLOSS & FOCUS.

Above are my amazing dental hygienists, Justine & Sara, who are so sweet and listen to my podcast every week! Sara even sent it to her friend in another state who also listens now too 😊 My first appointment was only days into the new year so I let them know my lack of flossing may have my teeth looking sketchy BUT NEXT TIME they will be blown away 🤣

I actually got the flossing idea from bc he said that was his one year. He hates flossing too. But to do a daily discipline that you don’t enjoy yet know is good for you can follow with more similar disciplines.

Local to Charleston? Cannon Park Dental is THE SPOT!!!! Myself, dad, & Forrest all go… it’s a family spot.

Wish me luck on my flossing journey & s/o to all the dental 🦷 hygienist’s that keep our smiles looking sexy!

You may be wondering the best time to go to the dentist? I’m here to tell you it’s tooth - thirty.
