After a through inspection of this non functioning treadmill console including mechanical, electrical, AND looking up the manufacture’s WRITTEN warranty we saved this customer over $700. The parts were still under warranty for 5 years. Now that is service and what we do!

Another example of why you do not want the “white glove assembly” manufactures offer for their fitness equipment purchase. As you can see the wrong size screws through the plastic, bolts not tighten, and not knowing to put the square peg in the square hole. All those bolts were in the wrong place, loose, and damaged!

This is a walk board from a brand new treadmill. The unit was received in a damaged box. The customer was not aware the deck was cracked. The crack turned into a split deck.
